CT1450A vertical and horizontal universal milling machine
The spindle has 12 gear speed change, large torque, good stability, and can be used for large milling.
The vertical milling head can be tilted left and right, and the worktable can be rotated 45°.
The worktable has three-axis automatic feeding or rapid movement, and the Z-axis manual feeding can reach 400mm.
Equipped with three-axis grating digital display to provide work efficiency.
The three axes are quenched, and the worktable surface is hardened and finely ground.
The machine body and lifting platform are square guide rails, and the slide is lengthened to enhance the stability of the worktable stroke.
High-precision grinding of all-steel spindles, tough cast iron, and the spindle box shaft holes are finely bored, honed, and de-stressed to ensure long-term and durable accuracy.
The all-steel gears are ground to make the machine tool high in precision, strong in rigidity, and good in stability.
