CTMACH CT6236 - 14" × 39.37" Metal Lathe

The CT6236 is a high‑precision industrial‑grade heavy‑duty table‑top thread‑cutting lathe, designed for industrial turning of metallic or plastic workpieces with surfaces of revolution.

This machine performs fundamental turning operations: external turning and internal boring of cylindrical and conical surfaces, end facing, parting‑off, drilling and tapping.

It is equipped with a 2.2 kW high‑power motor. The spindle adopts gear shifting with high/low speed ranges, featuring stepless speed regulation within each range. It has ground gears, a double‑V bed with hardened guideways, delivering excellent rigidity and high precision.

The complete machine adopts human‑oriented design, manufactured in compliance with CE and ISO standards for safe, reliable operation, and is fitted with power‑failure protection.

The machine base cabinet comes with a chip collection box for easy chip disposal, as well as a foot‑operated power‑off brake device.

Standard equipment includes linear glass scales for digital readout, LED work lamp and cooling system.
